Hi gupper. MRE's special dividend if granted is due to a one off payment from Fluor.
Full year profit minus the one off payment was under $80 million. JBM posted $95 million profit.
MRE at 2.23 is worth over $1 Billion where JBM at $4.60 is worth 560 million.
Obviously MRE has some advantages over JBM like a proven 40 year mine life amongst other things.
