    Directors are easy enough to find yourself, I'm not here to dissect their company. You need to draw your own conclusions on this and paint your own picture of the set up and how it plays. Everyone will have a different take, I like it and know it works. if you plot their announcements on your charts you will soon figure out the pattern and how you can use it.
