    Your a fair dinkum imbecile who clogs the VRE thread with comments that don't even remotely offer any semblance of any intellectual thought.

    Of course they can't pay all their debts, thats why they were selling CH. VRE would have no motivation to break the agreement, MCR would have the motivation to buy an asset at a cheaper cost. It wouldn't be too ethical for someone you have partnered with for some time, but im sure it would happen.
