If they can't pay their debts, or perhaps even their share of costs to MCR, their property can become legally owned by those who are owed money.
I'd say that administrators wont be able to sell CH without MCR's approval. So my guess is they will get it as compensation for failure to pay costs, and the price will be the amount of money owed to MCR.
Really don't know how people can say this is advantageous to View. Just more of the same over optimistic and unrealistic evaluations of a situation that in no way can be viewed as positive for view.
