One thing though, just because a company may have billions dollars worth of resources in the ground, doesnt mean its worth that amount. It's all about expectations of future cashflows - basically what a company can mine, produce, enrich, etc and actually sell. That amount is the crucial one.
Have a look at UCL, they have the largest proven zinc deposit in the world, but the stock is hovering around 4c. I'll let you figure out why :)
