I changed the "I" to a "You" then
You are relaxed (meaning me)
You are well
You are accepted
You enjoy you
etc
etc
Slowly "You" become your idea of what "You" are as your perception etc is changed.

Great for reducing the clutter.
You do need to find the basis of some thoughts and not always wave them goodbye with love.
This is important for ones that re-occur.
