    3gd, look forward to hearing how it goes, will look into it soon.
    For anyone else ( these are just my humble thoughts).

    Meditation, I feel is such a personal thing (otherwise we would only have one book... one way) and it can be as simple and lovely as starting or spending a few minutes a day just sitting in a place you feel.. comfort and or safe and quiet.

    Outside looking at nature is so very energizing...yet relaxing.

    Deep breathing from the abdominal instead of the chest is very helpful too.

    Pick a mantra....as all meditation can be for different reasons so I believe are mantras.

    Words such as..I am.. relaxing, happy, love, joy, peace, healthy etc. My favorite is relax to start with.

    When meditating with eyes closed.... bring the eyes just above the nose ( in that dip) and every time the mind wonders to other things go back there and gently repeat your gentle mantra.

    Be very patient and relaxed as you did not get to this stage overnight so it will take time.
    Remember that each time you take time to relax, you are taking another step forward.

    If you are not very religious like me... just being grateful and thankful to the universe for what you have is very uplifting as we are all part of it.

    End of my so called rant. (nearly)
