I first learnt to meditate from my Sensei many moons ago. Then found it so good that I dwelved into it going to many workshops and retreats.
I tried to use a machine a few years back but found it annoying.
I meditate everyday, sometimes with music in the background but mostly just breathing exercises. I have found a lot of peace with it and for my health as well.
