    The information with the RI was administrative,legalistic, totally inadequate. There should have been much more recent,substantial, comprehensive, contemporary discussion. Oil and Gas Planning has shown the way with his ideas and others are asking questions. CTP are failing to engage and develop shareholder relationships. After proving their failure to engage,understand,develop the relationship with shareholders in the SOA vote how much more alerting to this do they need ?
