If they wanted to inside trade then they did a pretty poor job of it considering RMX were 16c only 15 or so months ago. Let's not try to get too conspiracy about this all.

MDO have no money, they have a potential debt that could see them become insolvent, they had no option but to sell their holdings in RMX or they could become insolvent and shares get sold anyway.

Best thing is that they are now basically out. We'll find out quickly enough whether the last few months has been hot air or not as the share price should now be able to run (or not) on merit.
