Hi Guys,
I've been a holder for over 4 years now and have watched this thing continue to plummet and have followed them carefully.
One minor point here that I think is pivotal to the whole Chatree thing is this :
Was the mining licence revoked or simply not renewed ?
Makes a big difference in my mind. If it was revoked then many of the Kingsgate assertions stick and the whole TAFTA compensation / insurance thing has legs.
On the other hand, if the Junta simply did not renew the licence are they within their power to do so.
OR - am I completely missing the point.
For discussion please - interested to hear people's take on this point.
