Fortunately, if they come out and say; "oh by the way, the mine is uneconomic so we are delaying permitting and development", the share price cannot fall much further after an 80% decline on no news so far. Given the 80% decline to date and the stampede for the exits by North american institutions, it would not be too big a surprise if 'suddenly' the project was no longer viable. Well, maybe only a surprise to the retail investors!
