You also need to get some fact understood.
Firstly There is no way that MGX can buy any meaningful amount of CZR shares on market. Simply there is not much on offer. Even if they somehow succeed, Rio is not biding for CZR but intend to buy off some assets. It is almost a done deal as voting goes today. Once the transaction is completed the money goes to CZR management to decide what to do with it. As at the moment they do not intend to return any money to shareholder but rather to spend it on exploration, etc. So MGX would not profit from any of that.
