And yes, MGX is cashed up, with a stated focus on further cash buildm
Of note, is that MGX have always stated their cash position "excluding" their invest in FEX.
However, in the most recent quarterly report, which coincided with the buyback being halted, and also coincided with the appointment of a new MGX chairman . . . the most recent quarterly reports now states cash position "including" the investment in FEX
Peter Kerr did say in the most recent webinar that they could be looking at a "sizeable" aquisition . . . and from the intonation in his voice he meant sizeable !
