I'm sure it's not as desperate as that. Mine life goes to at least 31Dec26 - they just need to speed up the mining/processing/shipping operation from here so they make a decent profit over the last 18months from 1Jul25 because their promises about this quarter of positive cashflow are looking increasingly dodgy.
Probably just going through an area of slightly lower grade but they have said to expect an average of 65% grade ore for the remaining life span and I believe them as it's backed up by the R&R report.
