Reading up on the NEPA EIS process today and it seems that the ‘Draft EIS’ includes a ‘Proposed Action’. On this basis the public should have an insight into the proposed record or decision at the publishing of the draft EIS stage. There are no time lines provided (other than some mandatory review periods) but reading between the lines and from Ioneers guidance of a 12 month total process we may have optics to the ‘Proposed Action’ in Q3.
