    Our defence obviously revolves around the word 'commandeered' - I would think it would be near-nigh impossible for Slater & Gordon to prove otherwise as I can't see the DRC army(FARDC) providing a statement on what occurred.
    Our other important defence is that we couldn't have possibly been aware that the army would commit human rights atrocities - again impossible for Slater & Gordon to prove otherwise.
    I continue to live in hope that this will blow over soon but untold damage to our reputation has already been done.
