Yeah, looks like she's pinching one out off the edge of the bridge.

As you may be aware, they tried to judicially review the decision of the Hauraki District Council to issue a non-notified consent. They got a water expert to prepare a report saying the underground mine may affect the water/rivers. NTL, HDC and Waikato Regional Council all got their own reports. The PK expert capitulated and the whole thing fell over.

Suffice to say, this regurgitated line about potential effects on water is a disingenuous lie and they know it.
