This is a pretty volatile market! But the fundamentals at Apex are not good, so anyone buying now has to take the risk of a trading halt and a dilution by a fund raising (which has happened several times on the downward path of this stock) or a takeover. I am not downramping or being negative but only realistic, even at the price I don't think this stock is a buy.
I have changed my position from no position to position as I forgot I have some employee options at 30 cents! Wish me luck.
