    We have been playing for quick, dirty, cheap, get it going, expand later...

    My opinion has changed...

    I think stuff it - MAK should make the play for rail road, self funded port expansion, 800M CAPEX paid for by North America.

    6MT per year... $70 OPEX... FMG Part 2...
