I've been thinking that's aswell patty, the rail has been roughly priced at 300mill. Spend a bit more to cut some of the contract out services could lower the opex even more. 50 million should be enough to sort out some port and space. Imo they would have to go close to get the opex down to $US60/t. Rail is a very efficient way of transporting bulk commodities. Be nice if atec(and investors) decide to build the rail, but this would cause opex to be higher than going it alone (could be an extra $10/t opex if they build the rail). Yes there will be big dilution, but lower opex and rapid expansion to 6mt/y could make it worthwhile.
