if the news article is in fact accurate, this is a massive piece of news.
Minmakers went to $3 two years ago on anticipation of this very announcement.
There will be funding questions, but given the plan is to start with DSO I imagine those issues will not be as dilutionary as some people are worried about.
Its been a long bloody journey. Having now returned to my original purchase price (more than 2 years on), I cant wait to see those shovels finally hitting the dirt!
