the reason i don't think that the reverse way is fair is because MAK own more of sandpiper (through the UCL investment) and also have wonarah. unless/until there is some sort of ownership of the iranian zinc mine proven, i refuse to give any value to it.
looks like both sides of shareholders will be happy that this attempt has been a dismal failure. possibly might mean that some questions are asked of MAK management too which can't be a bad thing..
