It does stink hilling. The costs are exorbitant, there should be some sort of regulated to get the corporate advisors under control.
Shooska, what's the material difference, it would be a merger either way so same asset effect? Different corporate effect though - UCL doing it would put the more effective team of the least 2 years in charge.
