Boatboy, EXACTLY! The thing is, that even if this scheme worked perfectly, even if Labor controlled their costs and rorts, even if Labor ensured the insulation installed was quality, even if there were no deaths or fires, people fail to realise that Labor has destroyed the pipeline of work for small and legitimate businesses for years. Who suffers? Small to medium business - and the workers they employ.

But "Labor" - who are meant to champion these workers and small businesses, don't.
