Of course they are happy - it's part of the MRRT package they negotiated with only 2 of the 1000 or so other miners. The terms clearly benefit these big miners.

I find it disappointing that Labor voters here are happy to support the big 3, and not the 1000 or so smaller miners - hmmmm - maybe it's Labor that's big business? Why aren't you guys screaming at this pathetic Labor capitulation?

The insulation fiasco as well adds weight to the idea Labor's really not interested in the smaller guys.
