He claims Chahood based on documents he has seen but not produced, is controlled by Shemassian
Yet Note 25 of GGG financial Report, reports that have been audited disclose that GGG holds 100% of the equity of Chahood. So even though GGG holds all the shares in Chahood, this Shemassian still controls the company
As for his comments on the accounting treatment of the option reserve, these comments are laughable and are in total contradition to relevant accounting standands in particular AASB 2
