My background is in audit too skipp as you know - so yes, these figures are a wake up call to many. I look at companies very differently since the CVI debacle.
Shemesian must be raking in millions a month through all the people he 'consults' to....what a nice lifestyle if you can get it! Shareholders are being mined here imo....and unfortunately that is the story with too many ASX companies. Directors and managment seem to think it's OK to "live the life of Riley" at shareholders' expense, and they casually forget the real job they are supposed to be doing.....
But no doubt the shareholders will still stick up for them and say they are doing a grand job - until it all falls apart! That's human nature. You have to be burned badly before you take more care with fire.
