No. I don’t believe SPR is too big for WGX to takeover … if the numbers stack up financially it just comes down to WGX being bold enough.
WGX only have “x” amount of milling capacity, so therefore ultimately their business growth is limited in ounce capacity … they are already spending money on displacing other capacity that they have spent money on … it becomes counterproductive so realistically they need more milling capacity … either new or established. SPR is a good fast track option imo.
