have you built a dcf model to determine the npv of the project to make that claim, if so, do you mind sharing those details? I am expecting the sp to be sold down on fear if it breaches 36.5. Either the sp will go down a few cents and form a nice hammer or it will go back to the lower price support target of 20c. Either way it is evenly poised double bounce from 52 week low, or back to the next support level.

- $40m+ in the bank.
- DAP prices will recover next year
