so what CVI news would make you all just freak out with excitement??

An announcement that said that we had received 10% of 4 offshore blocks, including 31 and 33 which are currently producing 400,000 barrells a day would get my heart racing!

Seriously, it's all down to the oil for short term share price. Some would assume this is being released now to make the market ready to be happy with the mineral concessions for non-acceptance of the offshore oil blocks.

I certainly hope that isn't the case and I don't think that it is.
