50 cents/share for them and also took part in the capital raising at $1/share and they bought more than the $5000 worth. The holding was under Crawley Resources Limited
but was paid for by the Noble Group
MK's current holding is 18,001,500 shares.
He never got any TTY for nothing, he paid for them all.
If you read the announcement dated 16th July 2008, you'll note that the TTY shares held by Crawley Resources Limited
were divided up between MK and Noble Group. The Noble Group got 51,990,475 shares and MK got 18,001,500.
MK then had to repay the Noble Group and the loan to MK is set out in the loan document, he had to pay $2,295,000 every 12 months for 4 years.
So you think that you've lost a few dollars, you can say that Noble Group and MK have lost far more than anyone.
