There are some early green shoots out there as the article suggests but Bill Bloking will need to keep the shareholders patient for a while yet. We're not yet seeing real strength for the established players. I hope that the article is right in suggesting the last quarter for the juniors as that would suggest the next 3 months should start to be good for the established players like Iluka. ILU has had a decent recovery since bottoming out in January but it's still not strong enough at less than $10.
