    It's what I've said all along. Johan Jacobs is agreat operator but he is more a finance guy than an operations guy

    They need a seasoned miner as CEO.Wilton runs this place like a community project and I blame him and senior management for this crap share price

    When he leaves, he should take the CFO with him as this person can't seem to put out a financial report without some sort of c-ck up in it
