this one look interesting. would love to get hold
of an 'ilu' at less than 20c.
questions to think about:
quality of management, how do we measure this?
placement price, 60 million bucks is alot of dough. they
need to get the price up.
why would the vendors sell such a good project? couldnt they
have raised a bit of capital and done it themselves if it
is that good?
