NOVO have bucket loads of cash and I'm happy for them to spend it on their theory in the Pilbara. I don't give a toss that NOVO have effectively locked out the tenement recycler's and various other players that have come out of the woodwork since NOVO sparked the significant interest in Pilbara Gold. Look at all the juniors who coat tailed NOVO and raised money to explore over the last couple of years they all need to thank NOVO for the opportunity to keep the lights on for longer than might otherwise have been the case.

As far as the ARV NOVO JV .....arv GAVE novo control of the JV! Whilst I would have liked to have seen more work done there, especially with the money DL stated was raised for the purpose, nowhere has it been shown that NOVO is in breach of the JV agreement that's the reality. Some idea that we will get a better deal now by antagonising NOVO is IMO idiotic.
