Anyway, perhaps you believe RM should only be paid when you make money.
I believe he should be paid for his skills.

As far as RM doing nothing, perhaps you should try and run a business ?? yet alone a Co like Axiom.
I suggest you research what he is doing, rather than just look at Hot Copper
