Looks like this...(person)... currently intends to demonstrate how she can make life as difficult as possible for Lynas and its shareholders.
I still think Lynas should immediately take legal action, because there is absolutely NO legal basis for refusing the licence. Lynas has scrupulously met every Government regulatory requirement for a decade, as confirmed by the Review Report the Minister has refused to release and gagged its authors.
Her current conduct is therefore unconscionable, and I believe international opinion will now be hardening on Lynas’s side, especially if this Ministerial recalcitrance - in opposition to her PM - is aired more widely.
