Agree with you Oscar about finding a mine this size...it brings economies of scale, you need to put in perspective. CRC entered into the agreement not satisfy us Aussie shareholders, who have the speculative gain. They entered this to secure a long term supply of nickel. When they entered the agreement, the world markets were in turmoil, the information at that point said that there was more to downside to come. Yes the funding / raising of capital is an issue for all businesses.

I cant recall where I read an aricle about the prospect of a cheaper processing costs, however this brings with it a further opportunity.

Apparently the world wont end by the end at 31/10/08 when the funds are due, particularly for a potential 30 year mine. LONG TERM!!!!!!!
In my opinion - To seek an extension in JV is not unrealistic given current markets, however JRV would want to additional capital to provide them exclusivity to the mine. Therefore we may see an additional payment to allow CRC to re-work their strategy and also allow world markets to settle. I would suspect if CRC are keen this will need to be negotiated before the 31/10/08. That would be a positive message to the market and us shareholders.

I like everyone else would have loved to see this roll through as planned, and see the short gain, but ultimately I was looking for the long term benefit.

I'll sit tight, it was always High Risk - High reward and that hasn't changed.
