Lads, I might be wrong but you seem a tad confused (are you cannucks?) . .. Companies listed on the ASX and based in Australia usually follow the Australian tax year as their financial year, and the end of the financial or tax year is 30 June each year. The quarter just finished runs from 1 July 2017 to 30 September and is the first quarter of the 2018 reporting year (Q1 FY18 or Q1 TY18). If you are referring to the calendar year then the quarter just past is the third quarter of the 2017 calendar year (Q3 CY17).

Quarterly reports are required to be lodged with the ASX by the end of the month following the end of the quarter (sorry not described very clearly) so the next quarterly to be released for Perseus is due at the end of this month, and it will be for the first quarter of the 2018 financial year (or the third quarter of the 2017 calendar year). Perseus seems to shoot at releasing their quarterly reports in the middle of the month, whereas many companies leave it till the last couple of days before the deadline.

As Perseus is also listed in Canada it is required to meet the reporting requirements of the Toronto Stock Exchange (appears to require more info than the quarterly reports required by the ASX). And yeah they do seem to lodge some form of report every December.

Go to the investor centre on the company's webpage to get a look at reports lodged with the ASX and the TSX.
