When you say financing and two parties what does that mean: no open CR, negotiation between two financial institutions, other finance options?

Has the new State Government hastened the decision making process?

What about the application to the Fed Dept. of Environment?

Are you suggesting that once released things are going to move at a very rapid pace? You spent an hour with him so are there anymore relevant things you can think of?
