re: bhp plans 3 billion dollar buyback Remember that there has been no announcement of a buyback, it is merely what is being rumoured (and now expected) by the market. A unanimous rejection of the revised wages offer would hardly be considered "positive" talks either...
I'm no prophet of doom but nothing is certain about playing BHP between now and Wednesday evening...
