HC always gets way too excited about these mining conferences. Nothing new is ever disclosed and the only impact I’ve personally ever seen is when a CEO can get new foreign investors at the conference to purchase shares on market (but this isn’t that common from what I’ve seen).
Im not expecting anything from a conference either.
Only thing that will move the dial is land access and if they’re smart, they’ll play to their audience - that one particular lady with the cattle farm is all about enviro, so they should structure any agreement around this (in addition to the obvious cash they’ll need to provide).
