    Shares on Issue - 605,285,516 x .044 = $26.6mil MC....

    Even if you include the options for full dilution it is:

    Shares on issue (+options) - 908,088,135 x .044 = $39.9Mil MC (this includes unlisted options)
    The options expire in a years time...

    Not sure where you got $50mil MC from.

    For a $50mil MC the price needs to be at (based on current shares on issue only) - 8.3 cents
