Consolidation: have to wait and see what happens. I think in there will be a short-term, post-consolidation burn (with new entry point), followed by a long-term, SP gain. (IMO)
As for the other questions: It will be interesting to see if instos will accept or deny these new shares, although I expect they get access to different share placements and offerings (I wonder if they will be protected from consolidation via a special offering)
