My view is that since the JV is not with Anglo/ARM that NKP will make two announcements.

The first will relate to the "deal" being brokered with DMR's support. Anglo and ARM are no pushovers. We have seen this by the prolonged negotiations. They are bastards to deal with threatening to take the DMR and Genorah and NKP by implication to court over Modikwa Deeps.

A peace deal for NKP is better than none nor lengthy litigation.

Once the deal is executed I believe that NKP will announce its joint venture partner(s). As promised this will be the time to announce options offer. The options should have an extention towards Dec 2013. That's when NKP may need more funds for other projects.

I am hoping that each announcement will give the sp a push towards the 70c mark.However until we see the content of each deal its my guess.
