    Below are the instructions for the Chart issue for Etrade Pro, however you will need to contact etrade in order to have the file forwarded to you.

    Steps to install
    1. Make sure you close all browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla firefox or any other browser)
    2. Extract the Zip file to c:\ETRADEProCharts directory or a directory of your preference
    3. Goto that directory and Double-Click on the file called RegisterCharts.bat
    4. Start PRO

    If Charts still is not working call Customer Support.
