I understand the Due Dilligence holds no fears for Gunson, they have had companies as you know just complete DG,this was done by independent company appointed by the intended buyer, part of the deal was GUN were to get a copy of the DG report, which they did, the report basically said yes it passed all verifications as to what they stated, DH had left his options open and did not like what was offered.
