When the deals done, offtake agreements signed, the money will come in, brokers will "Wake Up" as they dont punt in this market, things have changed a lot since the GFC, called ligigation "Because the broker told me to buy it"
Brokers dont take risks now, when they believe all the ducks line up then they place thier clients into stocks.
Not long to go, end of August early September done and away.
