    I totally agree. Its on a 2x forward PER right now according to my calculations.

    However;

    90% of Chinese copper smelters unomptimistic about market

    Demand for base metals projected to fall

    Et cetera et cetera.

    The reality is, until the copper price stabilises, EQN is going to keep tracking it down - or maybe they'll press the big green go button and people will get shaken out of their depression. I think it's a good buy at these levels - but the market has other ideas.
